Welcome to Poplings! By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short and written in plain language.
1. The app
Poplings is a collection of mini-games intended for young children, played under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You need an Apple device running a supported iOS version. The app works offline; no account is required.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Poplings for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.
3. Subscriptions & purchases
- Poplings offers an optional auto-renewing subscription with weekly and annual plans. Each plan includes a free trial period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings, or use "Restore Purchases" inside the app (Settings → parent gate → Restore purchases).
- Free-play access and trial terms are shown in the app before purchase.
4. Kids & parental supervision
Poplings is designed for young children with a parent gate protecting purchases and settings. You are responsible for supervising your child's device use and for any purchases made through your Apple ID.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to hack, reverse-engineer for unlawful purposes, or redistribute it. Play nice!
6. No warranty
Poplings is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it safe, stable and fun, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or available on every device.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hakeemi is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update the app and these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected in the app's release notes and on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
